Closing the loop on waste
The beauty business is renowned for its packaging waste and significant contribution to the environmental crisis –estimates are that 120 BILLION cosmetic packages are produced annually, mainly from virgin plastic, and unlikely to be recycled!
We do not want to add to the problem so, Aermeda has made a commitment to work towards ensuring our packaging is reusable, repurposed or recyclable. We hope our customers will help us in our goal to close the loop on waste from our packaging.
Our oils are packaged in stainless steel flasks which can be refilled an infinite number of times.
Our refill bottles and funnels are made of aluminium. When you have three empty refill bottles, contact us and we will email you a label to return them to us free of charge.
Once we receive your empty refills, we will reward you with a 15% off for your next refill.
We will sterilise all returned bottle and funnels and, if in excellent condition repurpose them. If they are damaged, you can still return them and we will recycle - like stainless steel, aluminium can be 100% recycled.
